Pathfinders is an organization that aids in the spiritual, physical, mental, and social development of children from the ages of 3 to 16. Ages 3 to 5 are in the group called Eager Beavers. Adventurers are from ages 6 to 9. Pathfinders cover ages of 10 to 16 years old.
In Pathfinders, children and teenagers learn discipline, leadership, how to treat everyone, Christian principles, and many life skills. There are a number of activities that include camping, marching, drum corps, and service to the community. Pathfinders earn honor patches as they learn and participate in activities such as hiking, swimming, knot tying, music, nature, animal care, first aid and industry. These are just some of the many honors they can earn. As they move up in their class each year, they have more responsibility. There are a number of activities to learn teamwork and most importantly increase their potential to follow Jesus Christ.
